Ruckus General Data Protection Regulation

With General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming, Ruckus Networks, an ARRIS Company, has been proactively preparing over the past year for this new EU compliance regulation.

Ruckus products and services are data processors and not “data controllers” in the context of GDPR. Ruckus does not share any user data processed by our products with third party vendors. Ruckus end customers have control over how the data processed by the products is shared; they can give access to APIs to third parties for data sharing. Ruckus end customers have the full capability of determining where this data is shared and should have policies in place to ensure they are GDPR-compliant including getting consent, producing data upon request and ability to delete if requested.
