Ruckus Connection provides ‘inside access’ to leading edge industry insight and Ruckus expertise. It helps consultants, system integrators, and other wireless ecosystem participants gain access to comprehensive Wi-Fi and Ruckus specific information, resources, and training to help them effectively incorporate the latest and most relevant Wi-Fi knowledge in their work.

- Access to technical staff for more in-depth briefings on major innovations such as ChannelFly
- A dedicated point of contact to for Ruckus information and support
The only requirement for Ruckus Connection membership is that your company be engaged in the Wi-Fi ecosystem and have a role in building awareness of Wi-Fi capabilities and/or act as an influencer on Wi-Fi purchase decisions. Ruckus Connection is not available to equipment resellers – they should apply for the Big Dog reseller program.
