Director of Technical Marketing
The Technical Marketing team is responsible for a range of performance testing analysis. As well as having hands-on involvement in this testing process, the Director of Technical Marketing will; have responsibility for understanding what product / competitor analysis is required by field; ensure resource is suitably allocated to deliver the analysis and; ensure that the analysis results are delivered to the field in a useable format and in a timely fashion.
The types of analysis performed by the Technical Marketing team will include (but are not limited to):
- Hands-on lab & real-world testing of competitive enterprise & telco-grade products
- Hands-on lab & real-world testing of new Ruckus products
- Paper analysis of competitive products relative to product claims, product pricing, product positioning and competitor business models (i.e. Cloud, Leasing, Channels etc.)

Iphones and Android devices have ushered in a new era for ubiquitous Wi-Fi access everywhere. With this trend, came a tsunami of wi-fi capable devices/smart phones from many manufactures all with different capabilities, device drivers and antenna designs. The mobile device performance engineer will be responsible for keeping up with the trend of mobile device development in the world, characterizing their Wi-Fi performances, designing and developing test methodologies, data collection tools tailored to mobile devices, and performing data collection and data analysis activities in support of select advanced feature development projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior development engineers during the critical stages of new product/feature development, interactively working to gather performance data and design new test methodologies to provide direct feedback into the design process therefore ensuring rapid convergence and design optimization.

SUMMARY
Ideal candidate will have these qualifications:
- 1 + years direct experience performing Wi-Fi wireless broadband network design and support.

Ruckus is looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer capable of designing, developing, executing and automating test cases in 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless networking based on IEEE standards. The ideal candidate will write and develop detailed test plans based on the functional and technical specifications. The Senior QA Engineer will regularly interface with developers, customer support and field engineers. This is a fast paced environment requires the ability to test and deliver successful product under aggressive schedules.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of QA Engineering, network design, software, or systems test resulting in the successful delivery of quality WiFi products.

Services Program Manager
