Kyung Yi Vice President of Customer Advocacy

With 20 years of data communications and networking experience, Kyung directs the Ruckus customer advocacy organization and activites on a global scale. The customer is always right, and no one knows this better than Kyung. He's an expert at helping emerging technology companies develop world-class customer advocacy structures and organizations, as well as in software development and engineering. His experience includes building customer advocacy and support structures for Stoke, Nortel Networks, Alteon WebSystems, and Centillion Networks. Kyung has held software engineering positions with Cisco, N.E.T., and Vitalink. Born in Seoul, Korea, he received a B.A. in Computer Science from California State University, Hayward. He lives to love his Mac and his iPod.
